Cupcakes: because nostalgia is a huge part of why I do what I do. I have fond memories of over indulging on cupcakes as a child. These little cuties pack big flavour, cheeky charm and just the right amount of sweetness.
Our Proper English style sausage rolls are wrapped in golden, flaky pastry and stuffed with a cheeky mix of pork, fennel, and a hint of apple. Comforting, a little fancy, and totally moreish. They are the kind of snack that vanishes before the plate hits the table.
